       1. One copy of your highest degree's Diploma (in Chinese or in English) 
       2. Working Certificate: You should have 5 years of working experience or above (internship experience can be counted in the period of studying for a master's or doctoral degree)
       3. Personal profile form and statement of purpose: Download the format
       4. Two Recommendation Letters (in English): by any format
       5. One copy of your official Transcript(s) (in English) 
       6. Language Certificates：above TOEFL iBT 80; above GMAT 600. If you have no English-language certificates, you will be interviewed in English.
       7. Verification of Nationality：verification of your nationality or a copy of your passport.
       8. Declaration Form: Download the format
       9. Additional Supporting Documents (Optional): such as exceptional deeds

(IV)Application Fees: Registration fee of NT$3,000 for NTHU.
